Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:  

24 Advance Notice:   We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advanced to cancel your appointment, this allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist / therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service or treatment. Regardless of the length of the service / treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist / therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Returned Checks:   If a check is returned for non sufficient funds there will be a $25.00 service charge in addition to the face amount of the check.  The total must be paid in full before any other services can be rendered.
